Dining In Gourmet Healthy Living Plus/Keto Menu

This collection of menu items is designed for individuals who would like to cut out carbohydrates, reduced fats, sodium, and portion sizes. We encourage you to order 3-5 of these menu items daily and consume one meal every 2-3 hours. Lastly, it is important to drink at least half of your body weight in water ounces and if you have to have coffee just one cup black daily.

This Collection also offers some basic menu items to assist those on the keto diet. Keto Diet is a diet that is low or zero carbs but is high in pure fats and protein. We will be expanding this menu as demand grows.

    • ALL deliveries are made Tuesday morning's between 3:30-6:30 AM
    • All orders need to be submitted by 10:00 A.M Friday morning to receive food the following Tuesday.
    • The menu will be removed on Friday's at 10:00 A.M.
    • Every Tuesday the menu will be changed by 10:00 am for the next week.
